HOW IT WORKS

Our process begins with a non-refundable Vacation Group Retainer Fee. The Vacation GroupRetainer Fee is assessed per vacation or destination for the group.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING THE VACATION GROUP RETAINER OPTION: ONLY 10 or more is accepted for group bookings.  

When clicking on the Vacation Group Retainer Fee option a new window will open that will allow you to submit your payment via our secure checkout portal. Please keep this window open after you submit your payment so you can include your confirmation ID in the Request a Quote form. Return to this page and click the “START GROUP QUOTE REQUEST FORM” button below.

Complete the Group Request Quote form in a timely manner and JEK Travels will deliver the first round of formal travel proposal recommendations within 7 days. The Group Request Quote form must be submitted in full and you must have made your Vacation Group Retainer deposit before any travel planning is started. Recommendations will be emailed to you and we will work with you through your contact method that you prefer to revise where necessary before the booking is finalized and a payment plan is arranged for the group.
