Vacation Planning Fees
JEK TRAVELS charges a Vacation Planning Fee for our travel planning services. This cost covers the extensive knowledge of destinations, consultation, research, and quality assurance to have that support before, during, and after your travel.
Vacation Planning Costs Start At:
Cruise Planning – $60 up to 4 persons
Custom Trip Planning – $250
Group Trip Planning – $450
Destination Wedding Planning -$900

Once the vacation planning fee has been taken care of, JEK Travels will start planning a memorable vacation designed just for you. The vacation planning fee is non-refundable and separate from the cost of your trip.
You will have 5 days to make a deposit on your trip once you receive and approve the proposal quote. Reservations made after the 30-day mark will require another vacation planning fee.
The Process
Below is the process and steps to work with one of our vacation planners here at JEK Travels. This is an easy stress free process so what are you waiting for.
STEP 1: WE CONNECT
The first step in working with our agency is submitting your travel inquiry. We give you a quick call to go over and explain our services and fees and you select your planning package.
STEP 2: DISCOVER CALL
In this 30-60 minute session we will start the planning process. We will ask you qualifying questions to know your travel preference and goals for your vacation and answer any questions.
STEP 3: TRAVEL PROPOSAL CURATED
You are presented with your vacation proposal quote itinerary to go over. It will include your accommodations, air, transfers and any tours selected. You can request changes before deposit is made.
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
You have confirmed the proposal is to your satisfaction and paid the deposit or full balance.
STEP 5: CELEBRATION TIME
Everything is complete you have received all travel documents and you’re ready. All you have to do now is decide what to pack.

Pay Vacation Planning Fees
Cancellation Policy
JEK Travels Implements The Following Cancellation Fees Per Person
$150 per person cancellation fee for individual bookings
If booked on one of our hosted all payments made are non refundable
JEK Travels requires payment of the cancellation fee prior to submitting a separate cancellation request to the travel supplier.
Each paying client who wishes to cancel must submit a separate cancellation request on the payment page. Cancellation fees of all parties on the same reservation must be received before a cancellation request is submitted to the travel supplier.
Each client will receive an invoice emailed to them for payment and any fees that the travel supplier may charge.
Cancellation fees charged by JEK Travels may or may not be covered by the travel insurance protection plan.
JEK Travels is not responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties charged by the travel supplier due to you canceling for any reason. Any refunds due to you are processed by the travel supplier for payments processed directly through them and or your travel protection based on the terms and conditions.
All payments processed directly through JEK Travels are non-refundable and non transferrable and should be included under your travel protection plan to receive refunds per terms and conditions.
