Campus Rep FAQ – JEK Travels Spring Break

Q: How much time will I have to commit to JEK Travels?
A: You control your schedule! Most reps spend a few hours a week promoting trips to friends and classmates. The more time you put in, the more you earn  but it’s completely flexible around your classes and campus life.

Q: How do I keep track of my reservations?
A: We make it easy! You’ll have access to a personalized dashboard where you can track every booking, see your commissions, and stay on top of your sales.

Q: Can I book trips at other schools?
A: Absolutely! While your primary campus is your base, you’re welcome to promote trips to friends at other colleges and universities  the more bookings, the better.

Q: What if I don’t sell enough for a free trip?
A: No worries! If you sell at 10 trips you’ll still receive a discount of $15 off of every trip you sell. Free trips are just one of the awesome perks for top-performing reps.

Q: Will I have to collect money from people?
A: Nope! JEK Travels handles all payments and reservations. You just focus on spreading the word, rallying your friends, and sharing the hype.

Q: How many trips do I need to sell to earn a free trip?
A: Sell 16 trips or more (including flight packages) to earn a free hotel-only package. Taxes and fees not included. The free trip value is based on the average price of those 16 trips.

Q: Will I be responsible for anything during the trip?
A: Nope! Your role ends once the trips are booked. You don’t have to lead the trip, manage logistics, or deal with attendees during the getaway  that’s all handled by the JEK Travels team.

Q: What exactly are my duties as a rep?
A: Your main responsibilities are promoting trips, sharing info with friends, and encouraging bookings. You’ll get support from our team, plus access to marketing materials and tips to make your job easy and fun.

Q: Can this go on my resume?
A: Absolutely! Being a Campus Rep shows leadership, marketing skills, networking, and event promotion  all things employers love to see.

Q: How much money can I make as a campus rep?
A: As a Campus Rep with JEK Travels it’s totally up to you. Depending on level of commitment you can make on average a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars. On average campus reps made between $1500-$4000 in 2020 and our top tier reps over $10,000!

Q: How do I start booking trips?
A: Once you’re approved as a Campus Rep, we’ll give you access to our booking portal and all the tools you need. From there, you can start sharing trips and earning commissions immediately!
