Traveling solo but want to take advantage of double occupancy pricing? Our Roommate Match Program is designed to connect solo travelers who are interested in sharing accommodations.

Please note that participation in the Roommate Match Program does not guarantee that a compatible roommate will be found. We will make every effort to pair travelers based on preferences, lifestyle habits, and travel styles; however, roommate matching is dependent upon the availability of other travelers seeking a roommate.

Important Roommate Match Policy

• Roommate matching is not guaranteed.
• Roommates will not be matched until each participant has paid at least 75% of their trip balance.
• If a roommate cannot be found by the final payment deadline, the traveler will be responsible for paying the applicable single occupancy rate.
• Requests for roommate matching must be submitted prior to the final payment deadline.
• JEK Travels is not responsible for disagreements, incompatibility, or disputes between roommates.
• Participants agree to be respectful, considerate, and cooperative throughout the trip experience.

By participating in the Roommate Match Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that your roommate assignment is based on the information provided in your roommate profile questionnaire.
