Contracted Group Rates Are From JuL 2-5, 2026

Everyone must reserve with JEK Travels Agency to be a part of our group AND to participate in any of our group activities.

All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If a room category is sold out, you must book the next available option.

The rates listed are Per Person select number of travelers and room cost with populate for you. Bedding requests are not guaranteed

A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

Due to strict contractual obligations, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is canceled by Royalton Resort or JEK Travels.

If the trip is canceled by you, you will not receive a refund or travel credit unless you have purchased optional travel insurance. If you cancel and you have insurance, you must file your claim directly with the insurance provider. You have the option to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment. You will need to select yes for a travel insurance quote from our third party affiliate Allianz.

For all questions regarding coverage, benefits, or claims, you must contact the insurance provider directly.

Deposit – The first deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking to lock in the group rate.

Monthly payments are required until the balance is paid in full or until the final payment due date

A transaction fee (convenience fee) is added to all payments. This fee is charged by the card company & payment processing company at 5-6% of each payment rendered.

Final payment is due April 2, 2027.
Any reservation not paid in full by this date will automatically be cancelled and forfeiture of all monies paid. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Check in time is at 3:00 pm and Check out time is at 12:00 noon, However, if you arrive early you can eat, drink and use the facility until your room is ready to check in at 3:00 pm.
