What Your Planning Fee Covers
Personalized Travel Consultation: A one-on-one discussion to understand your vision, travel style, preferences, budget, and must-have experiences so we can design a trip tailored specifically to you.
Planning & Research: Comprehensive destination research, supplier coordination, availability checks, and logistics planning to ensure the best options, value, and overall travel experience.
Curated Travel Proposal: A professionally prepared itinerary outlining recommended resorts, accommodations, transportation, and experiences aligned with your travel goals.
Two Rounds of Revisions: Adjustments to your itinerary to fine-tune details such as resort selections, room categories, travel dates, or package options.
Booking Management: We handle all confirmations, reservations, documentation, and coordination with travel suppliers to ensure accuracy and a smooth booking process.
In-Travel Support: Assistance before and during your trip, including support with travel updates, supplier communication, and issue resolution should anything arise while you are traveling.
This fee reflects the time, expertise, and resources required to deliver a high-quality experience.
Professional Planning Fee Structure
Cruise Planning $125: Ideal for ocean or river cruises requiring itinerary coordination, cabin selection guidance, and booking management.
Custom Itinerary Planning $299: Perfect for personalized vacations that require detailed planning, multiple components, or tailored travel experiences.
Group Travel Planning $799: Designed for multi-traveler experiences such as group getaways, celebrations, reunions, or hosted journeys requiring advanced coordination and logistics
Important Payment Policy: All planning fees are non-refundable. If you choose to move forward with booking your vacation, your planning fee will be applied toward the balance of your reservation. If you decide not to book, the planning fee for cruises, custom itinerary planning, and group travel will be retained for services rendered, reflecting the professional time, research, and expertise invested in planning your trip.

NOTE: Your planning fee $3999 is non-refundable. Your planning deposit must be paid prior to beginning any research as stated above.

By submitting payment of the planning fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms for yourself and all travelers on the reservation. You understand and accept responsibility for all planning fees associated with your travel services. You acknowledge that all planning fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to book travel or not. You agree to all applicable supplier and agency fees, including but not limited to cancellation fees, change fees, and penalties that may be assessed by travel suppliers or the agency. You acknowledge that you have received and reviewed a copy of the Terms and Conditions and the Planning Fee Agreement prior to the start of planning services. You understand that planning fees are valid for 30 days after the initial proposal or quote is delivered. If travel arrangements are not confirmed within this timeframe, a new planning fee may be required to continue services.
